Las Vegas Half Marathon

We headed down to Las Vegas the Friday before spring break. We rented an Airbnb and Grandma Jenks traveled with us and Grandma and Grandpa Decker even joined us for a night! Quinton, Clara, and Warren did so great at the race. They all placed in the top three for their age groups and I'm just so amazed they accomplished something so difficult. 

We also visited the Las Vegas temple and the younger boys attempted to swim in the pool at our house, but it was super cold!

After the race, we drove all day to Port Hueneme, California just in time to catch the sunset.

March

 

March was filled with lots of snow. Winter felt ETERNAL this year. We got more snow in one season than all the other 5 living in Utah combined. Good for the drought, not great for our sanity. The kids had fun playing in it though. 

Barry and I went to see Bright Star at the Hope Box Theater. 

I was released from the primary presidency along with Amber Winward, Jessica Leishman, and LuAnn Thaxton. It was a lot more difficult to leave primary than I thought it would be. :(

Miles stayed busy with preschool, St. Patrick's Day, and swim lessons.

We celebrated Cambry's birthday with her before Barry went with some family to Washington to Paige's wedding.

Jumpin'!

Clara was super busy with jump rope in March. She did an assembly at Windridge, a jump-a-thon, and a competition in Rexburg. I love that we get to go stay at Grandma Decker's house and see family. Jump rope friends Cheyenne and Hailey stayed with us this time too. I cuddled some of Nolan's baby goats and hung out with Shari and Jeni. Clara got more ribbons than you can count! She's really doing great and I love how much she loves jumping.

 

Run, Run, Run

March was a big running month leading up to our race. We ran emigration canyon and a long one in Bountiful. Some running days at home were super cold. I got caught in a storm one day that reached apocalyptic levels.

Barry and the boys ran the Vineyard Gold Rush race with some cousins while Clara and I were in Rexburg.

 

STEAM Night

We had fun at the STEAM night at Windridge. They always have a ton of activities for the kids to do!
