Quinton Goes to Prom

Quinton asked Cassidy to prom this year and they went with a very big group of friends. For their day date they played laser tag and for the prom dinner they went to Caffe Molise. Quinton looked so handsome all dressed up. He's been to a few dances this year and I'm glad he's making great memories.

Gilgal Sculpture Garden and Heather's Birthday

The Sunday before my birthday was stake conference. I was hoping to see the cherry blossoms at the capitol again, but they were all done so we went to the Gilgal Sculpture Garden, which was pretty neat too. I enjoyed getting spoiled and Barry and I ate at PF Chang's for our date.

Warren Turns 12!

We celebrated a big birthday for Warren this year - 12 years old! He had a rock climbing party with friends and a date with us to Texas Roadhouse where he even rode the birthday saddle. Warren has grown a lot this year - physically and socially! His been making some good friends and is finishing up elementary school. I keep offering for him to home school with me next year so he doesn't have to go to junior high, but I haven't convinced him yet. Warren is an incredibly special kid. He is thoughtful and compassionate and funny and always trying his best. Everyone needs a Warren in their life. 💗

Spring Break in St. George

We had an amazing time in St. George for Spring Break. Shari, Triston, and Connor joined us in a condo we rented. The place we stayed had a pool, pickleball, mini golf, ping pong, and more. We also hiked to the Vortex and Gunlock Falls and explored the city and Pioneer Park a little bit. Mostly it was nice just to relax and be together somewhere warm. Unfortunately Warren was pretty sick at the beginning of the trip with a fever and coughing, but he was feeling better by the end.
