Barry and Quinton ran the stake fun run on July 6th. Barry won the race! Quinton did great, too. The directions weren't super clear, so people entered the finish line from all different streets. It was pretty funny.  We finally got our fence fixed and our patio cleaned up so we had a fancy dinner outside to celebrate.We visited Lagoon a couple times. Quinton and I rode the go-karts for a date. He's definitely a speedster!

Bear World Part 2

While Barry, Quinton, and Clara were in the mountains, the rest of us stayed in Rigby for a few days. We went back to Bear World. Sawyer was super brave this time and loved petting the deer. The closest Miles got was poking a pig through the fence, though.

Jenks Brothers Hike in the Uintahs

The brothers hike was a little crazy this year. It ended up with Barry and Charles as the only adults leading Clara and 8 boys into the Uintahs. They all survived, though, and made some great memories along the way.

Jenks Reunion

We had a wonderful time at the Jenks reunion this year at Father and Sons Campground. We did all the usual fun things like campfires, scavenger hunts, crafts, games, and visiting. Bryant and Shauna taught us about charity. We also enjoyed celebrating Pioneer Day with the race, parade, and fireworks.

Scout Camp

Quinton had a blast at Camp Hunt this year for his first official scout camp. Having Barry as scoutmaster also made it meaningful. He even did the best (most painful) scoutmaster belly flops! It was fun seeing Quinton carry his huge pack around. He seemed to have a great experience earning merit badges and spending time with the kids in our ward.

Kaysville Stroll

While Barry and Quinton were at scout camp I took the other kids to the Kaysville Stroll on Main Street. They had a fun time painting rocks, getting balloon animals, and eating kettle corn. We also got free Slurpees at 7-eleven.
