Couples' Retreat

Barry and I were treated to a night's stay at the Homestead Resort in Midway, Utah. We took Miles with us while Grandma watched the older kids. We had a nice dinner and a speaker. The next day we went on a hike to Lake Mary. It was gorgeous! It was windy, though, which Miles did not appreciate. On the way home we tried pho for the first time and loved it.

Grandma's Birthday at Lagoon

Grandma came down for a visit and wanted to go to Lagoon for her birthday, so we spent a fun day there. Logan came too!

Having season passes has been so much fun! Here are some more Lagoon pictures from other days.

Miles 6 Months

Miles is just the cutest thing. He is such a happy baby and content to do his own thing most of the times. He loves his siblings. Whenever someone new sees him, the first thing they say is, "Look at his beautiful eyes!" The second thing is, "He is such a good, happy baby." I completely agree!

Sawyer Turns 4!

Part of our camping trip was to celebrate Sawyer's birthday. He is growing up so much! He is one of the most spirited, goofy kids I know. We ate at McDonald's and got ice cream cones in Ogden, then came home to have his candy cake and open presents.

Camping at North Fork

We began our summer with a fun camping trip to North Fork campground up above Ogden. We stayed for two nights. We had fun eating, resting, exploring, and taking a hike to a waterfall. We almost got lost on our way back to the campground, but made it eventually.

Trip to Idaho

The kids and I took a trip to Rigby for a visit when school got out while Barry had a fun little trip to Wyoming with his mom and siblings for Callie's baby blessing. Here the kids are in some of Grandpa Packer's hats. Warren and Sawyer enjoyed a bubble bath and we also met Jeni and Nolan's goats.

End of School

School finally ended! The kids rejoiced and mom cried a little. Haha. The end of the year is always busy. Quinton did a display for Iron County for the 4th grade county fair. Clara had a popcorn stand for her economics fair. They did a great job this year at Windridge Elementary and really liked their teachers.
