Spring Break in Utah

Spring Break came at just the right time. Everyone was ready for some days off of school and work. 

We headed down Thursday to Utah and stayed in a hotel for a couple nights. We crammed in lots of fun! We went to Krispy Kreme, the church museum, and swam at the hotel. 

The next morning we went up to Cottonwood Canyon and it took us awhile, but we found Hidden Falls and explored a bit. We ate lunch that day at HuHot and the kids played at Aunt Sarah's while Barry and I went to the Oquirrh temple. Then we all had a pizza dinner at Sarah's that night with Amy, Bryant, and Charles, too. It was really nice to get together with family.

 On Saturday we went to Provo (except the little girls who partied at Sarah's) to watch the BYU spring training game. Warren, Sawyer, and I stayed for about an hour until the rain got the best of us. Everyone else stuck it out long enough to meet a couple of the players and Barry got a picture with Ty Detmer. It was a wonderful trip!

Fishing at Ed Fichter Pond

On St. Patrick's Day, it was nice and warm so we had a pizza picnic and went fishing at Ed Fichter pond. The kids all caught a couple fish and it was just so nice to be outside.

Teddy Bear Clinic

The hospital had a teddy bear clinic one day. We went with Grandma, Shari, and Jeni and got everyone's animals checked on. It was cute to see them get band-aids, casts, and more.

Basketball

Clara and Quinton have done a great job at basketball this year. Clara got to be on the same team as Connor and Quinton got to play at the middle school and actually keep score at his games. They both improved as the season went on. They're very quick on the court!

Finally... Spring!

It FINALLY warmed up enough for the kids to be outside. Hooray! Here are a couple other fun pictures. 

Quinton got some waders to join dad on a float tube this year.

Life has been a little stressful with Barry trying to switch careers and a lot of unknowns. He was sweet to get me these roses one day.

Quinton hates cleaning, but one day was super nice and helpful. I had to take a picture!

We played at the mall one day with our friends Erin, Natalie, and Macy. 

Time Out For Women

This is our third year sneaking away to Time Out for Women in Idaho Falls. It's such a nice getaway. I love my mom and sisters!
