Sawyer Levi
Sawyer Levi Jenks was born on Tuesday, June 10 at 7:35 am. He was 20 inches long and weighed 7 lbs 5 oz. We immediately fell in love with him!
Just after he was born in the nursery with Daddy.
The kids were so excited to come see him. They made quick work of fighting over who got to hold him. We had him at the Mountain Home hospital which is just down the road from our house so it was easy for Grandma to bring them over a lot. It was really nice.
Warren has been especially fun to watch with Sawyer. He gives him slobbery kisses all over his little head and giggles when the baby cries. It's pretty cute.
Grandma and Grandpa Packer - The kids had SO much fun with Grandma while she was here. Then Quinton and Clara got to go spend a week in Rigby and Rexburg with her and their aunts. They had a blast.
Ready to leave the hospital. Mountain Home has a very small hospital. We had the only baby for the three days we were there. It was nice and quiet and we were very well taken care of. I'm especially grateful for my mom and sisters for helping so much with the kids, cleaning my house, and making us meals. The Spanish branch also took wonderful care of us and brought meals for a week!
We even had a special visit from Grandma Gardner who came through on her way for a visit from Canada. It was really good to see her.
Sawyer is such a cutie and a pretty happy baby so far. We're so glad to have him.

End of School
This year went by so fast! Clara sure loved her year at Little Sunbeams Academy with Saskia Baxter. She learned a lot and did enough crafts to almost satisfy her artsy little heart. We had a fun little party at the end to celebrate. Clara sang songs with her classmates, made a few projects, and frosted cookies.
Warren got in on the action, too.
Quinton graduated from Kindergarten. Overall, it was a good year for him, although some mornings I think he would have rather stayed in bed. He's excited for first grade, but already says he'll miss his teacher, Mrs. Burningham, and I'm sure his classmates as well. He's doing really well and soon will be able to read almost anything! Next year it will be fun to have Quinton and Clara at the same school together, but they're getting too old too fast!

Spring!
It's so nice when warmer weather hits and we're able to get outside more. Plus we get to see some color after a long, brown winter. The flowers above came from our yard.
Warren and I joined Clara on a field trip to the zoo. Warren really liked seeing the animals this time and even attempted to make some of their noises.
Quinton and Clara decided to have their own little yard sale. I think they made two cents from the neighbors.
Planting peas with Dad.
First day in the sprinkler
Flying kites for FHE
Backyard picnic
Barry left last weekend for a conference in Seattle so Grandma Packer brought Triston and Connor to hang out for a couple days. It was so fun to see them! Here they all are ready for church.
At the park
Splashing in the backyard
We went to go find caterpillars up in the hills, but there weren't any yet, so the kids chased grasshoppers instead.

Spring Soccer
Quinton and Clara really wanted to do soccer again this Spring. They did a great job at staying dedicated to their teams.
We discovered Spring soccer can be very cold and VERY windy on game days. Sometimes we cheered from the van and the rest of the time we bundled up in blankets.
Quinton is six now so he was on a team with all boys. He was one of the youngest ones, but he was still one of the fastest!

Warren Turns 2!
Has it really been two years already? My little man is growing up! His birthday was on Easter this year so we had a double celebration in Rigby with family. Grandma Packer made him a train cake and everyone spoiled him lots and lots.
He especially loved eating the candy off of the trains.
